This was another fine feature of The Kroft Super Show; a couple of writers who doubled as superheros! My gosh, how easy we were to please back then. I can't imagine a kid today sitting still for this crap, unless they were simply watching for the hot chicks; Dyna Girl - YOW!

Wow. I do not remember that at all. Good thing, too.

Stunning. Is it actually real? It looks like a pastiche of 1970s TV shows... (which doesn't mean I wouldn't watch it or develop a crush on one of the main characters, of course, because apparently that's what I'm on this earth to do).

So Electra Woman looked very familiar and her name -Deidre Hall - also sounded familiar. And wouldn't you know, she played Marlena on Days of Our Lives for a gezillion years. I think she also must have died a few times in that role, too, as is wont to happen in daytime drama.

That's why Electra Woman looked familiar. I used to watch D.O.O.L way back in the early/mid 80's.

Yessss! That's when I watched it, too. In my 'research' today I also learned that her character was 'discontinued' a few years ago because of budget cuts. She was making 60G a month. A month! I can't really wrap my brain around that.
