You're lucky! Johnny Depp resolutely refuses to believe he made a mistake with Vanessa Paradis, even though we live (relatively) close to one another and I am clearly superior to her... Hope springs eternal, though (I'm on a positivism drive tonight!).

VP is French pop star who came to fame as a teenager with a hideous earworm of a song called "Joe le taxi" back in 1989 or so (she was about 15). She and Johnny have two kids and the family remain miraculously private (though that's easier in France because the privacy laws are stricter). By all accounts she's sweet and adorable and talented bla bla bla (she was a Chanel model for a while too) but still. I maintain that, as far as the delicious Johnny is concerned, I am clearly superior.
